(1) We start by walking the property together so you can show us exactly what you want done. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and it's where we discuss the scope, any problem areas, and what matters most to you.

(2) Then we take over. We spend the middle portion evaluating existing conditions and taking exact measurements so we can put together an accurate price on the spot.

(3) Once we're done measuring, we come back with a written estimate and walk through every line with you. That's the last 15 to 20 minutes. We go over the quote, answer your questions, and make sure you understand exactly what's included.

We do this in person because when quotes get emailed back and forth, it's hard to make changes or accommodations, and we'd rather handle everything while we're already there to provide you with a great experience!
